Student Support Officer


Role Overview:

Provide holistic student support through counseling, psychological assessments, and character development programs to foster a healthy learning environment and support students’ academic success and personal growth throughout their university journey. This role also contributes to student case handling, mentoring coordination, psychoeducation delivery, and crisis support.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology (Clinical track preferred)

- For Master’s graduates, a valid professional practice license (SIPP) is required

- Demonstrated expertise in psychological counseling and CBT-based psychotherapy, particularly for depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues
