Study Abroad Counselor – Trivandrum

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* Must be available in Trivandrum
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Study Abroad Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students and parents on study abroad options (courses, universities, countries) based on: Academic background, Career goals, Interests and Financial capacity
* Handle enquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online channels
* Provide prompt and accurate responses to student queries
* Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
