FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to join our successful Structures Team. As our Sub Agent you will ensure that the site documentation and site activities are received, prepared and set up correctly in accordance with the structures work package plan, this will include method statements, risk assessments and temporary work procedures. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sevenoaks, Kent, working on various projects in South London.

The duties of the Sub Agent role will include:
Mobilisation of the site works and ensuring that all resources are available
Implementing all planned works including dissemination of safe systems of work which will include site inductions, daily briefings, task assignments, risk reviews and toolbox talks
Coordinating the hire of all plant equipment needed for the delivery of the works and coordinating all material orders
