Overview We are seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SME) to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions'. As an SME, you will play a crucial role in providing expert-level support and guidance to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and resolution to their inquiries. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu. 
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries, offering in-depth expertise and problem-solving skills 
Provide training and mentoring to junior customer service representatives to enhance their product knowledge and troubleshooting abilities 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address systemic issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
