Substation Equipment Engineer

Overview Saudi Aramco is seeking a Substation Equipment Engineering Specialist to join the Equipment Consulting Services Department (ECSD), Electrical Engineering Division (EED). The ECSD substation equipment engineer is recognized as an expert in the field, and is responsible for providing effective specialized engineering consultations to operations and capital projects, introducing viable technologies, and maintaining engineering standards and material specifications for substation equipment.

The incumbent major functions include the ability to initiate or conduct special studies for improving facilities or operation, provide specialized technical service in recognized engineering fields, and act as a consultant on complex engineering issues and designs related to substation electrical equipment; including switchgears, motor starters, and transformers.
