Summer Help Worker

The North Shore Water Reclamation District is currently trying to fill a few summer help positions.
The window in which individuals chosen for these positions can work is May 1^st until August 31^st . Since, historically, these positions have been filled by individuals in high school or college, the District realizes the need for people in this position to possibly not work the entire month of August. The District provides this flexibility.
Working hours are 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $18/hour.
There are a number of openings in the District’s Water Reclamation Facilities in Waukegan, Gurnee and Highland Park . The positions will be filled ‘first come first served’. Assigned tasks may include cleaning, painting, weed whacking, lawn mowing with a push mower, hosing and scrubbing weirs/troughs, light landscaping, exercising valves and gates, assisting other employees and similar duties.
