This 18‑month contract role focuses on modernizing Sun Life's Recognition & Rewards ecosystem. You will guide future‑state design and system readiness, ensuring operational consistency over the acknowledgment process. Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and stakeholders to create a sustainable recognition model within a 12‑18‑month timeframe.
