Salary: $165K-$200K + Benefits

We’re working with a well-established general contractor with a strong pipeline of complex public-sector work across NYC, including Port Authority facilities, MTA assets, and major transit infrastructure upgrades. They’re looking to bring in an experienced Superintendent to take ownership of field operations on high-profile, logistically challenging projects.

This isn’t a “watch the site from the trailer” kind of role. You’ll be right in the middle of it — coordinating trades, pushing progress, dealing with live environments, and making sure work is delivered safely, on time, and to spec in some of the most heavily regulated sites in the country.
