Business/Function: POSH
To provideproactive HSSEQ leadership and operational assurancefor a defined segment of the marine fleet. The Superintendent acts as thecritical linkbetween the Head HSSEQ and vessel-level HSSEQ Managers, ensuring consistent implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across all assigned vessels, driving performance improvement, and ensuring full compliance withISM, ISPS, MLC, MARPOL, ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001.
Strategic & Operational Oversight (Segment Level)- Segment Performance Ownership: Accountable for all HSSEQ KPIs (TRIR, LTIF, near-miss reporting rate, audit closure rates, environmental incidents) across assigned fleet segment.
- Risk Profiling: Maintain a live risk register for the segment (geographic, operational, asset-specific) – e.g., heavy weather routes, piracy-prone areas, client-specific HSSE requirements.
