Responsibilities
+ Oversee daily field operations across all phases of construction for commercial and multifamily projects.
+ Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors on site, ensuring adherence to project schedule, scope, and quality standards.
+ Develop and maintain detailed short-term (3-week) lookahead schedules in collaboration with Project Managers.
+ Lead site safety efforts by enforcing OSHA standards, conducting regular safety meetings, and promoting a strong safety culture.
