Overview

LOCATION: Western Canada

Job Purpose

This position reports to the Director of Field Operations and works directly with our Project Teams. Superintendents are ultimately accountable for managing all daily construction activities on their site. The individual will need to show demonstrated experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of site, including safety, field personnel and subtrades.
• Utilize programs like Procore and Holobuilder technology.
• Ensure the project schedule is on track and meets the intended milestones.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all parties you work with.
• Be willing to be hands-on as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of Superintendent level work experience in commercial construction.
• Must have computer skills and effective typing, verbal, and written communication skills. <...
