We are looking for a senior Roads & Highways Superintendent—a proven field leader who takes pride in building work the right way, the first time, and who thrives in a high‑performance, operations‑driven environment. Responsibilities

Field Leadership & Execution:

Lead daily field operations across road and highway projects, including grading, granulars, paving support, drainage, structures interfaces, and traffic staging. Plan, organize, and supervise multiple crews and sites with varying durations, volumes, and complexity. Pre‑Planning & Right‑First‑Time Delivery:
