Job Description
The ideal candidate will manage a maintenance team in the upkeep of residential buildings. This individual will ensure adherence to regulations and compliance and work closely with maintenance teams to solve problems that arise. This individual will also be comfortable budgeting and inventory tracking to ensure necessary supplies are in house.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the property is in compliance with company standards
- Work with contractors to complete large renovation projects
- Familiarize self with multiple building blueprints
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Time management and communication skills
- Basic budgeting and public safet
