Supervise and manage the daily operations of the wireless telecommunications team. Plan, schedule, and oversee the installation and maintenance of wireless communication systems, including towers, antennas, and related equipment. Develop, maintain, and drive the construction schedule in conjunction with the project team; ensure project milestones and completion dates are met. Conduct site meetings with the city’s municipal authorities for road occupancy permits and with locators to ensure correct areas are being marked. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Anticipate constructability issues in complex situations and create solutions in the construction plan and schedule.
