- autocad, archicad software literacy
- develop leadership and communication skills
- great presentation skills
- experienced in environmental/sustainable construction
- performing calculation using software for metal and wood structures
- excellent project management skills and ability to manage a variety of contractors
- experience in development drawings for detailing metal structures, architectural and construction
