**Description**
This position is responsible for planning, execution and coordinate the resources of the Intermodal Terminal (Safety, Staff, Heavy Equipment).
Responsible for create a correct activity/plans for unload / load trains according to the goals and containers priorities, additional is on charge of the instructions to share with the team and with the yard crew service that we have in the Terminal of Salinas Victoria.
Control the trains that arrive and departure from our facility in coordination with NOC and Transportation team.
Identifies possible risk factors in the terminal and all the personel that is inside of the terminal.
Uses highly developed specialized skills to complete a wide range of tasks and procedures.
Generates innovative solutions to complex processes or problems.
Proposes improvements to processes.
Delivers work, which directly impacts quality of team output to agreed timescales, service levels or similar metric.
