**Description**
Support the regional administration of unionized personnel, guaranteeing compliance, among others, with the Federal Labor Law (inspections); CBA; Labor Internal Regulation and Applicable Railway Regulations (discipline process) and agreements signed with the union; managing information regarding new hires, terminations, status changes, disciplinary actions and vacation.
This position uses specialized skill development to complete a wide range of tasks with supervision.
**Accountabilities**
- Document the processes that as regional management of RRLL are carried out for the administration of labor relations, integrate personal files of unionized workers; files to attend inspections by labor authorities, files to attend to labor demands and alimonies.
