Job Description

Overseeing the work of subordinates, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and safely
Ensuring safety rules are followed at all times, and training employees on safe use of tools and equipment
Creating work schedules based on employee and contractor availability, and adjusting as needed
Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project needs, and ordering new materials as required
Delegating projects and responsibilities to crew members and contractors
Recruiting, hiring, training, managing, and mentoring employees and contractors
Developing and managing quality standards for all sites, and ensuring products meet required specifications
Monitoring and managing project budgets, and reporting project status to supervisors and other officials
Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
