Millwright Supervisor
Our client in the manufacturing industry is on the search for a Millwright Supervisor to join their team in Cape Town.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and break down maintenance (Electrical and mechanical).
- Ensure all site work is done safely and as per company procedure (ensure that all paperwork is in order before work commences).
- Stand-by and call out duties (operate boiler, boiler setup, and breakdowns).
- Installation of equipment and commissioning thereof, including boilers, burners, and auxiliary equipment.
- Supervise and manage all site work with teams being hands-on in the field and office.
- Supervise and control site personnel in the day-to-day operations and duties of the boiler house.
- Communicate with the client and management, suggesting repairs and site improvements.
- Ensure risk assessments and data packs are completed and up to date.
