Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations effectively
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage customer complaints
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
