ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Validate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.Own and drive operational adherence to the inventory control policies established within the business objectives.Work with Supply Chain Manager and buyers to standardize inventory processes.Provide support to Production areas by replenishing and expediting materials to the production floor on time without delays.Manage the Inventory/Cycle count team who perform daily cycle counts, monthly or yearly physical inventory and inventory reconciliations.QualificationsCollege degree or equivalent experience3+ Warehouse Supervisor experienceStrong computer skills in Microsoft OfficeExperience in Physical Inventory processPrevious manufacturing industry experienceStrong leadership, motivational, and team building#J-*****-Ljbffr
