Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis and elaboration of action plans for the continuous improvement of KPI´s.
- Protect the integrity of each individual in their work areas, creating a culture of detection of unsafe acts and conditions.
- Conduct informative meetings with the team.
- Correct and inform in a timely manner deficiencies detected in the production process.
- Control the maintenance of order, hygiene and safety in the workplace based on the principles of the 5´s.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related.
- **Two years of experience as Production Supervisor in Maquila environment.**:
- Knowledge in time and motion studies, SOP and VSWI generation.
- Advanced Excel/Outlook.
- experience in têxtile cutting processes.
- Proeficient in Microsoft Office
