Job Description

  • Plan and organize the staff requirements to ensure operational needs are met and all procedures are carried out in accordance with SOPs. 
  • Coordination for scheduling annual leave plan, liaise with the respective team in all related tasks. Identify any potential shortfalls staff and find out solutions for adhoc requirement. 
  • Assist the Operation team in manpower planning, scheduling etc. 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact when there are issues related to quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps of deployment Locations. This includes any issues on-site at client facilities. Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals. 
  • Coordinating with the vendor / suppliers and making the necessary arrangements for applying their passes.
