Job Description
About the role:
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination and supervision of site activities.
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, Superintendents, Engineers, and Foremen to manage people, resources, and daily construction tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractors.
- Plan and manage daily works in line with the construction programme.
- Ensure compliance with all HS&E policies, procedures, and project CEPs.
- Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and site inductions.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures.
- Ensure JSEAs are in place before works commence.
- Monitor quality and ensure works meet specifications and standards.
- Complete daily diaries and site performance reporting.
- Support training and development of team members.
