Supervisor, Engineering
You will assist the Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering in the implementation of procedure for services, such as maintenance of the property operations, mechanical and electrical operations in our Serviced Residence. This includes managing the work of maintenance employees and vendors/contractors, inspecting maintenance work and troubleshooting. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering.
Responsibilities
You will:
Assist to review standards according to operating procedures and provide support in preparing operational reports to the Management
Promote teamwork and quality service within the team and coordination with the other departments
Coordinate, install and inspect repairs and maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all related locations
