Job Description
Atlantic Health is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services Supervisor for the Environmental Services Department (Housekeeping) at Morristown Medical Center. Required hours vary (variable shift based on department needs/volume), including weekends.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
+ Arrange with the Environmental Services Manager for any special activity functions such as Auditoriums and other set-up etc.
+ Receives work assignments from the Manager.
+ Establishes daily work schedule for the staff along with the Manager for special and routine assignments.
+ Assigns duties to the staff, issues supplies and equipment, and inspects completed work.
+ Works with the staff.
+ Maintains established standards of cleanliness within patient and other hospital areas.
+ Trains employees by demonstrating use of cleaning material and equipment; explains methods of cleaning and most economical use of materials and manpow...
