Role Overview Supervisor - FC Operations in Dubai is a hands‑on logistics and supply chain opportunity for a UAE National who can support inbound or outbound fulfillment center operations, team productivity, safety standards, quality performance, and daily shift execution. This role is designed for a proactive operations supervisor who can plan resources, coach team members, track production metrics, manage attendance and performance, and help create a disciplined, safe, and collaborative fulfillment environment.
