Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join Team OB in our brand new Glasgow Fort store. As an OB Supervisor, you will work as part of the store management team to help drive sales through exceptional customer service and outstanding operational standards. Confident and engaging, you will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and bring a sense of fun and a real enthusiasm for OB that will rub off on the team and our customers. This will be a flexible contract, meaning you will have a fixed number of hours you will work per week across a variety of days and shifts. Your rota will be communicated to you in advance by your line manager. We are open to having conversations about working flexibly.
