Job Function:

Support and assist immediate head in working closely with employees and business leaders in planning and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals, deliver value adding services and positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop business partnership
  • Manage workforce planning and cost
  • Manage talent management related tasks
  • Implement employee benefits
  • Support employee relations/ engagement

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
  • With at least 1 year work experience in an HR-related function
