What you will do in this role
- Adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including QMS, FDA regulations, company policies, and other applicable regulations.
- Serve as a key leader of the Import/Export Team and contribute to the development of annual goals and objectives for Supply Chain; use these to set your Key Performance Goals/Targets.
- Understand and follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions laid out in your training plan.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security protocols.
- Lead the import/export team, promoting talent through individual growth plans and organizational succession planning.
- Provide support for internal and external audits to ensure full compliance with foreign trade regulations and programs.
