Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager or alternate shifts with the Manager.
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
  • Establish or identify prices of goods, services, admission, or use optical price scanners.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide information on policies and procedures.
  • Be willing to work overtime.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients.
  • Work effectively in a team.
  • Perform cashier duties as needed and engage in daily client service activities.
  • Stack fish products and manage stock control of fresh, frozen, and smoked products.
  • Handle incoming stock and perform filleting on fresh products.

    • Requirements:

  • Grade 12 education.
  • Mid-senior level experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG industry.
  • Good process and product knowledge.
