Job Description

This position is responsible for supervising field sales operations and ensuring efficient distribution of Bisleri’s bottled water products—both 5-gallon and PET packs. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, market coverage, merchandising execution, and team performance in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibility:
Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B, and retail segments.
Monitor day-to-day operations, deliveries, and product placement across residential, HORECA, and retail locations.
Build and maintain client relationships with households, offices, construction sites, and retail stores.
Track sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and share competitor insights with Sales Managers.
Ensure on-shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and promotional execution in retail outlets.
