Position

Supervisor (Coffee shop / Traditional F&B) / 主管(咖啡店 / 传统餐饮)

Location

Multiple outlets island-wide

Working Days

6 days per week

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily outlet operations and staff (监督咖啡店的日常运作)
  • Manage cashiers, coffee chefs, and drink handlers (管理员工(收银员、咖啡师、饮料员))
  • Handle stock, ordering, and cash handling (处理库存、订货及收银事务)
  • Ensure hygiene and SFA compliance (确保食品卫生符合SFA标准)
  • Train and guide staff (培训及指导员工)
  • Report daily sales and operational matters to management (向管理层汇报每日营业及运作情况)
Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, traditional coffeeshop, or kopitiam environment (至少2年餐饮 / 咖啡店主管经验)
