Key Responsibilities:
. Manage employee scheduling, work assignments, and daily task coordination.
. Train, mentor, and supervise frontline staff to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
. Liaise and follow up with clients to understand their project requirements and gather feedback.
. Manage company product procurement and maintain inventory control.
. Assist management in staff performance evaluation and related administrative duties.
Requirements:
. Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a related industry.
. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
. Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
. Ability to work independently and handle multitasking effectively.
