Oversees in-house technicians performing debugs, troubleshooting, servicing, and refurbishment of robots. Quality & Safety Compliance:
Ensures compliance with safety standards and conducts audits to maintain high-quality outputs. Technical Troubleshooting:
Identifies and resolves issues with servo motors, sensors, and controllers. Team Leadership:
Manages, mentors, and schedules technical teams to ensure 24/7 capacity or tight production timelines.
