Job Requirements

  • With bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
  • At least five (5) years of work experience in a reputable service center.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites if required.
  • Knowledge of service management software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure team productivity in the assigned area.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to enhance skills and efficiency.
  • Implement and reinforce company policies and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with management to develop and execute improvement strategies.
  • Resolve conflicts and handle employee inquiries professionally and efficiently.
