Summary This position will serve as a Branch Chief who oversees staff at multiple grade levels. Responsibilities Serves as the Customer Advocacy Branch Chief in the Servicing and Asset Management Office. Provides active leadership in Equal Employment Opportunity program administration. Directly, and indirectly through Section Supervisors, supervises a staff of administrative and, in some cases, technical employees, responsible for providing assistance to SAMO customers. Defines objectives and general operating procedures; exercises related personnel management functions, which include the development and assignment of goals, objectives and policies for subordinate supervisors and organizations. Initiates and participates in special projects related to multiple RD programs. Researches issues, gathers and analyzes data, and provides reports as necessary.
