Job Description
The role of Supplier Performance Analyst will include:
Developing and managing monitoring processes to ensure Supplier data is up to date and accurate, including analysing exception reporting, SAP notifications and recommending changes to support achievement of the Group's objectives
Monitoring, investigating and correcting Supplier data quality issues to ensure that the Property Services delivery teams are operating with the most accurate information
Regularly undertaking trend analysis, identifying reoccurrence of risk and potential opportunities for investigation or investment proactively highlighting service level performance issues to support achievement of the Group's objectives
Providing regular, high quality management information and updates to the team and senior management on contractor performance, making recommendations for improvements to support decision making and inform business planning in accordance with...
