Supplier Performance Engineer

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Implement quality strategies with suppliers to meet the internal standards & requirements
- Monitor, communicate, and improve critical metrics in the supply chain, such as Supplier Timeliness Delivery (OTD), Parts Per Million (PPMS), Lead times, Days Late, etc.
- Support manufacturing sites in quality issues
- Develop plans for supplier delivery performance, cost reduction & projected savings
- Develop and implement supplier quality evaluations, supplier metrics and control systems
- Conduct supplier audits (ESAC) to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supplier quality issues and address needed corrective actions to avoid recurrence

- Implement 8D'S with suppliers
- Coordinate quarterly meetings with critical vendors & plants to communicate delivery plans
