Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
Collaborates with suppliers on activities to improve product Quality and Delivery Performance. This includes ensuring conforming product and compliant documentation. Provides guidance on NDS purchase order flow down requirements regarding the acceptance of product and processes to ensure that drawings, specifications and customer expectations will be met at all stages of product development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinates with Nammo's Supply Chain and suppliers regarding the disposition and processing of discrepant material.
• Interface with Buyers and Product Quality Engineers on supplier selections and evaluations.
• Conduct supplier quality system and focused process audits.
• Work closely with Suppliers to complete comprehensive Investigations and Root Cause Corrective Actions.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Operations and Program Management to ensure that delivery schedules are maintained with quality supplied products in supp...
