Role Summary:
Responsible for driving Supplier Quality Improvements, working directly with suppliers on Supplier/Process Approvals (Audit), Part Qualification (Flowserve Part Approval Process [FPAP])and Non-Conforming Report (NCR) Resolution to include Containment, Root Cause, Corrective and Preventative Action.Identifytrends within accountable Supplier population andwheredeemedappropriate, engagecentralSupplier Development Team for further detailed supplier improvement support activity.

Leadthe deployment of problem solving and improvement planswithsitesuppliers.
Partner withDivisional &GlobalQuality& Supply Chaintoanalyzedata onsupplier performanceandidentifyareas of focus.
Support incustomer complaints /escapesproblem solving(RCA/CA).
Perform verification audits to suppliers to ensure Corrective Action implementation and sustainability(Control Plan).
