Job Description

Mission: Identify day-to-day non-quality factors, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement plans at suppliers. Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions. Lead quality issue resolution through containment, correction and prevention steps and check effectiveness of suppliers’ actions. Train/coach suppliers. Conduct process audits at suppliers and launch improvement action plans to help them develop their quality performance. Follow and act as per Corporate Schneider Supplier Quality Management (SSQM) guideline Key Responsibilities: Pilot Part/Product Qualification Process and manage Supplier performance at the level of the plant (Outside Group and Inside Group suppliers).
