1. Supply Chain Operations &Procurement a) Execute RFQ/RFx activities, including specification compilation, supplier quotation comparison, basic cost analysis, and accurate documentation management b) Create and manage purchase orders, track order status, and process GRN in SAP. c) Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, order confirmations, production status, delivery schedules, and export requirements to support timely and accurate supply fulfilment. d) Administer supplier communications, expedite critical orders, monitor supplier performance, and resolve or escalate delivery, quality, compliance, or supply risks to the Supervisor or Manager. 2.
