Supply Chain Clerk
Location: Copper Mountain Mine, Princeton, British Columbia.
This position is a 5×2, Monday to Friday schedule and is NOT a fly-in-fly-out role.
Reporting to the Materials Management Superintendent, the Supply Chain Clerk provides support to the Supply Chain team, Mine, and Mill Operations to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials required for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with all administration functions within the Supply Chain department.
- Creating Supply Chain department requisitions.
- Creating and managing Supply Chain Service Entry Sheets.
- Administering and managing all new vendor add requests and ongoing vendor master maintenance.
- Reconciling contractor hours.
- Preparing and maintaining purchasing files and reports.
- Running expedite reports as required.
- Assisting Contracts with RFPs and contract documentation.
