Job Description

We’re recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain & Export Coordinator to join a well‑established manufacturing company based in Chichester. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in international logistics, export documentation, and global shipping compliance. This is an office‑based position 4 days per week and 1 day from home.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract (Maternity cover) with the possibility of it becoming permanent after.

As a Supply Chain & Export Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing end-to-end export processes for EU and international shipments

* Preparing export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin

* Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, HMRC requirements, and Incoterms

* Liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and global customers
