Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Lead within the Procurement team, you will architect and scale the operational procurement function for our non‑horticultural product range, building systems that support rapid growth and ensure flawless inventory availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the stock‑planning strategy from scratch, turning rapid business growth into a high‑performing operational machine.
• Lead the team to maintain optimal stock levels across all sites, balancing high availability with reduced waste and holding costs through close collaboration with Warehouse teams and Strategic Procurement Managers.
