Supply Chain & Logistics MANAGER

The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager is a part‑time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to work from home on designated days. This role oversees end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement coordination, inventory control, and logistics execution to support ConvertMate’s eCommerce clients. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, optimizing reorder points, managing warehouse or 3PL partners, and ensuring timely and cost‑effective transportation and delivery. The manager will track key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements aligned with client growth objectives. This role also collaborates with internal account managers and external vendors to forecast needs, manage timelines, and ensure smooth operational flows for multi‑market eCommerce operations.
