Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end order management, including coordination with stakeholders and processing non-breakage order revisions.
  • Handle shipment planning according to customer schedules and product availability, and manage related documentation sent to customers.
  • Negotiate Letters of Credit (L/C) with customers and banks when required.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, organize e-filing for orders and shipments, and prepare CNDN adjustments.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and support various operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma in supply chain or related field, 2 years' experience.
Additional Information
  • Basic understanding of shipping/manufacturing processes and import/export terms preferred.
  • Good customer service skills and awareness of global events affecting shipping.
