Job Description

Key responsibilities 

  • Direct purchase of NN products from internal suppliers including NN HQ and Site Tianjin, maintenance of purchasing document/records.
  • Purchasing related documents preparation and documentation
  • Supporting on customs clearance of imported products
  • Inventory planning and optimization
  • Proceed purchase return
  • Supporting on quality audit, documents update and feedback quality issue to related functions

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Major in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry or Biology is mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Experience in order management, direct purchasing, import operations or related data processing is preferred
  • Familiarity with GSP, GMP and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations is a plus
