Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team in Milton, Ontario .

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day supply chain, logistics, inventory, purchasing, and warehouse operations. This role works closely with internal departments, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement, accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and continuous process improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for purchase order placement, order status, and vendor coordination
  • Issue and manage purchase orders to support project and service departments, including obtaining and presenting quotes based on departmental requests.
  • Communicate with vendors to follow up on open POs and ensure timely delivery across all departments.
